Click on 'Create a Story Group'. Make sure that your group settings are set to 'private' and 'visible'. This will allow you to share your 'Story Group' to your friends and family as a link.
You can also set your group settings to 'private' and 'invisible' but you will not be able to generate a link to share, and will instead need to add friends and family through their email addresses.
How do I create a private story group?
Who can view the stories and photos?
Your story group is strictly private. Only individuals who have received the unique invite link or have been added by you via their email addresses, and logged in, can view or contribute to the shared memories.
How long will my content be stored on your website for?
Your 'Story Group' will remain on our website from 6 months from date of creation. We will send you an email reminder to download and save your content before we archive your 'Story Group'. This is meant to be a temporary, private, collaborative space to share memories

What type of content is allowed?
We encourage personal stories and family photos. Commercial content, spam, or irrelevant imagery is strictly prohibited to keep our spaces pure.
Can I report a member?
Yes. If someone within your story group is behaving inappropriately or violating our respect code, you can use the report function immediately.
Who handles moderation?
While groups are private, our team monitors for technical compliance. Group creators are responsible for their invited members' conduct.
Are private groups monitored?
We respect your privacy. Automated systems check for illegal content, but we do not read your personal story threads or messages.
Technical Support
Unable to Upload High-Res Images?
Ensure your files are in JPEG or PNG format and do not exceed 25MB. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try clearing your browser cache to refresh the upload portal.
Missing Invitation Links?
If a group member hasn't received their link, ask them to check their spam folder. You can also regenerate a fresh invite link from your 'Story Group' Settings (as long as your group settings are set to 'private' and 'visible') and send it directly via messaging apps.
