Employer's Evening
This is an opportunity for businesses within the region to hear stories from local disabled people who are in paid employment. Their employers also share experiences.
Representatives from local supported employment agencies such as Workbridge and Work and Income will discuss the support available to both employees and employers. This may be practical or financial support.
The employers evening is a great opportunity to network over drinks and nibbles. You will hear some inspiring stories and information that will encourage employers to look within their own businesses to create job opportunities for disabled people.
